F&B-Unattended retail kiosk
I have designed the unattended retail kiosk and communicated the Food & Beverage related action-plan/policy including food supply, and management of payment with transactions that can be tracked by digital order as back office, as well as predict future preferences and behaviour in accordance with office employee's needs, eating habit, nutrition, and individual health assessment.
The unattended retail kiosk has been seamlessly integrates with digital technologies and allows users to pay using e-wallet with Food & Beverage allowance offered by their employer, however depending on the employees dietary needs, budget and individual meals option from a rotating list of menus. Knowing how many people are using kiosk is KEY. It helps minimize food waste and improve profitability.
