This ultra low density high rise development by BSG, namely Middleton is a modern contemporary lifestyle condominium that captivates a new generation of young urban dwellers who are looking for an outstanding home. The living space was unified by the open plan concept where laughter, news and ideas are shared. The range of materials was limited in order to strengthen the look of the space. 



Monochromatic colour schemes were applied to portray masculinity and were balanced by the soft and warm tone of Alameda timber texture. Reflective elements were incorporated to encourage instant depth and double the spatial perception providing the sense of space. Carefully selected Nero Marquina marbles from Spain, sleek European sofa design were highlighted beautifully with premium leather and beautiful chrome MELT bar lighting by Tom Dixon were tastefully added into the design to match its emphasis on quality and sophistication. As such, the aim was to provide the visual appeal of a luxury hotel with the comforts of a resort suite in a single space.
